Motive Gas & Heating are Gas Safe registered heating engineers covering Birmingham and the West Midlands. They do emergency boiler repairs, new boilers, landlord gas safety certificates, servicing, cooker fitting and powerflushing.
When someone's boiler breaks they're stressed, cold and on their phone. So the job of this site is simple: show them they've found a real, registered engineer nearby, show what it costs, and let them ring in one tap.
What we built
- A page for every service: boiler repair, new boilers, landlord CP12 certificates, servicing, cooker and hob fitting, powerflushing. Each one is written for the way people actually search, like boiler repair Birmingham.
- Prices up front. A clear price list on the home page, plus a promise of a written price before any repair starts.
- Call or WhatsApp from anywhere. A call and WhatsApp bar stays at the bottom of the screen on phones.
- Trust signals where they matter: the Gas Safe licence number, 24/7 cover and the areas covered.
- Structured data and a sitemap so Google understands the business, its services and where it works.
How it's built
It's a small, very fast static site. Every page is generated from one content file, so changing a price or an FAQ updates the whole site in one go. The styles are inlined into each page, so there's no extra download before the page shows up, even on weak mobile signal.
